As we approach the latter part of 2013, Australia finds itself with a new government and still dealing with a pronounced hiccup in the supposed "two speed economy". The mineral export driven economic boom that Australia has had in the last few years is undergoing a definite "realignment", and there does not seem to be another industry or sector readily stepping up to take the front running.
